Customer Mode

The Customer Mode button on the Catalog Tool Bar controls whether sensitive item price information is shown on the screens throughout TruStart2.  Customer Mode can be toggled on or off by clicking the MODE button at any time in the Catalog area of TruStart2.  Use the Pricing Options window to lock TruStart2 in Customer Mode.

 Closed Book Mode

When the Customer Mode book icon is closed, as indicated by a slash across the dollar sign, you are IN Customer Mode. (also known as: Closed Book)  Sensitive information, such as pricing, does not display.  Click the Customer Mode button to switch to Open Book mode.

 Open Book Mode

When the Customer Mode book icon is open, as indicated by an open dollar sign, you are OUT of Customer Mode. (also known as: Open Book)  Sensitive information, such as pricing, and cost information displays.  Click the Customer Mode button to switch to Closed Book mode.
