How to Use Help   

    

Use the Online Help system to look up information and to find step by step instructions.  Many of the Online Help topics have screen shots to make it easier for Members to train their store personnel. For more information, see Example Button Feature.

 

To do a specific search for help topics:     

 

Contents Tab  

  1. On the Contents tab, you can look up information arranged by Books and Pages.
  2. Double Click on a Book to open it.
  3. From the list of pages, click on a page.
  4. The contents of the topic are displayed  in the right window.

Index Tab  

  1. On the Help window, click the Index tab.
  2. In the field just below the Index Tab, begin typing the keyword to the topic for which you want information.  
  3. In the box below, Online Help generates a list of possible matches to the topic you are interested in. As you type the letters to your keyword, the list begins to narrow the list of possible topics.
  4. Select the topic from the list.
  5. Click the Display button.
  6. The contents of the topic are displayed  in the right window.

Search Tab  

  1. On the Help window, click the Search tab.
  2. In the top box, begin typing the topic for which you want information.
  3. Click the List Topics button.
  4. In the bottom box, Online Help generates a list of possible matches to the topic you are interested in. To see more topics, use the scroll bar.
  5. Select the topic from the list.
  6. Click the Display button.
  7. The contents of the topic are displayed  in the right window.

Favorites Tab  

  1. You have the ability to save a topic search.
  2. Click the Favorites Tab.
  3. Your current search parameter is listed in the Current Topic field.
  4. Clicking the Add button will add your topic search term to your Favorites Tab.
  5. From the Favorites Topic list, highlight a topic.
  6. Click the Display button to display the contents of the topic in the right window.
  7. When you no longer wish to have the topic in your Favorites Tab, you may delete the topic.
  8. Highlight the topic and click the Remove button.
