Using the Mouse
Left Click Mouse Functions
Unless otherwise noted, Click refers to the action of the Left Mouse
button.
Double Click Mouse Functions
You can easily find out details about line items by the use of Mouse
functions.
Use the Left Mouse Button to highlight an item
in a grid.
Double-click the mouse on the highlighted item
to see details about the Item.
Right Click Mouse Functions
In a grid, press and release the button on the right side of the mouse
to bring up a short menu of the options available in the grid you are
in. The list of available shortcuts on the menu will vary from grid to
grid.
Right clicking on a column grid header displays
the ability to:
Search for specific information within the
column. This capability is available for all columns on all grids.
Show or hide columns on that grid. This
feature is included on all grids except for the Purchase History grid.
Right Click the mouse on a field, a grid, an
order header, etc.
A list of available shortcuts displays on a
small menu frame.
To perform a function listed on the menu, use
the Left Mouse Button to click on the menu selection.
To exit the shortcut menu without making a selection,
just click the Left Mouse Button outside of the shortcut menu frame.
