Each client in the DMS has its documents stored in one of three libraries: Policy Related Documents, Marketing Related Documents and Other Client Documents. If you are a member of the Branch, then you may view client documents. If you have permission, then you may make changes to a document.
Locate the document using the search tools on the Document Library Page.
Once you have located the document, click on the icon to the Document Type.

If you have the program on your PC to open the document, then the document opens in "Read Only" format.
Please note that you are viewing a copy of the document. The original document remains in the DMS.
When you are finished with the document, just close it.
However, if you wish to make changes to the document, then see Edit a Document.
